   Slice Strands products are intended exclusively for professional use by certified artists who have completed our required training program. Installation by uncertified individuals or those without proper training may result in suboptimal outcomes, including increased damage rates and extended installation times.

2. Installation Time
   The installation time of 7–10 minutes per row is an estimate based on experienced, certified professionals who have undergone adequate training and practice with the Slice Strands system. This estimate reflects the time it may take after sufficient practice, and results may vary. Achieving these times may not be immediate for new users, as it requires familiarity with the system and technique development.

3. Damage Rate
   The claim of less than 2% damage rate is based on internal testing and consistent feedback from certified professionals using Slice Strands extensions under proper installation and care conditions. This figure reflects anecdotal observations during in-house use and educator trials, and is not a guarantee of individual results.

Damage rates may vary depending on the stylist’s technique, client’s hair type, product handling, and aftercare. Slice Strands LLC and Nicki Wildflower LTD are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use or failure to follow certified installation and maintenance guidelines.

4. Training & Certification
   Access to Slice Strands products is restricted to certified artists who have successfully completed our training program. The certification ensures that the user has received the necessary education to install the extensions safely and effectively, in line with our standards. Failure to complete the certification program, or attempting to use Slice Strands products without certification, may lead to unsatisfactory results.

5. Individual Results May Vary
   Results, including installation times and damage rates, will vary based on individual skill level, experience, adherence to training, hair type, and other factors. The performance of Slice Strands products depends on the professional’s ability to follow training guidelines and apply the techniques correctly. We cannot guarantee uniform results for all users or clients, and performance may vary.

6. Client-Specific Variables
   Factors such as hair texture, density, health, and overall condition of the client’s natural hair will influence the installation process and the final results. Slice Strands extensions are designed to work across a wide range of hair types; however, optimal results are dependent on a thorough consultation between the certified professional and the client, as well as proper aftercare practices.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Slice Strands LLC is not responsible for any damage to the hair or scalp resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow proper installation and aftercare guidelines. We are also not responsible for any dissatisfaction or unexpected results due to variables outside of our control, such as client-specific hair conditions or improper handling by uncertified individuals. All Slice Strands products should be used by certified professionals who have completed our training.

8. Disclaimer of Liability for Certified Professionals
   Even though Slice Strands LLC provides training and certification for the installation of our products, the performance and outcome of the installation are solely the responsibility of the certified professional. Slice Strands LLC cannot guarantee the quality of the installation performed by any certified individual and shall not be held liable for any damage, errors, or unsatisfactory results caused by improper use or failure to adhere to training guidelines, even by certified professionals. Certification means the individual has completed our training program. It does not imply endorsement or verification of their ongoing performance or professional conduct.

All Slice Strands professional products are exclusively available to certified artists who have completed our training program, or to individuals granted temporary certification based on meeting specific interim criteria. By purchasing and using these products, certified and temporarily certified professionals acknowledge and agree that Slice Strands LLC and Nicki Wildflower LTD are not liable for any damage, injury, or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from improper use, deviation from training protocols, or professional judgment.

Certification, including temporary certification, confirms completion of or progress through required training milestones but does not guarantee individual performance. The quality, safety, and outcome of installation remain the sole responsibility of the professional using the product.

9. No Guarantees of Business Results
   While we provide tools and training to help professionals improve their service offerings, we do not guarantee increased revenue or business growth solely through the use of Slice Strands products. Success in business depends on many factors, including marketing, client relationships, and the professional’s overall skillset.

10. Professional Licensing Responsibility
    You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to verify and maintain any professional licenses, certifications, or local/state permissions required to perform hair extension services in your jurisdiction.

Nicki Wildflower LTD and Slice Strands LLC do not verify licensure, nor do they provide legal advice regarding state or regional requirements. By participating in this Certification Program and using our products or techniques, you affirm that you are compliant with the applicable laws governing your scope of practice.

Nicki Wildflower LTD and Slice Strands LLC shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from unlicensed activity or non-compliance with local regulations.

11. Updates to this Disclaimer
    Slice Strands LLC reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is the responsibility of the professional to review these disclaimers periodically. Continued use of Slice Strands products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.

12. Certified Artist Purchase Policy
    Each certified artist must use only their own name, as listed on record, when purchasing Slice Strands products. This includes the name used for purchasing, credit card transactions, and shipping. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the product, uphold professional boundaries, and ensure pricing remains exclusive to certified professionals. It also safeguards the artist community by preventing unauthorized or public access to professional pricing and product use.

Orders that do not follow this policy will be canceled without notice.

 

Wild Strands Public Disclaimer:

Wild Strands is our first product available to the general public, while our other products remain exclusively for certified stylists. Although Wild Strands is designed for ease of use, we strongly recommend professional installation for best results. The less than 2% damage rate is based on internal testing conducted by certified stylists under controlled conditions. Actual results may vary depending on individual skill, hair type, and proper installation and care. Improper use or failure to follow instructions may lead to higher damage rates or unsatisfactory results.

By purchasing Wild Strands, you acknowledge and agree that Slice Strands LLC assumes no liability for any damage, hair loss, or performance issues resulting from improper installation, care, or misuse of the product.
